2.1 Platform Services

The Platform provides a variety of services that users can access, including but not limited to premium sports content published by sports handicappers "cappers". The services available on the Platform are subject to change at our discretion.

2.2 Third-Party Services

We may offer services through third-party providers, including Stripe, a partner responsible for processing payments. The payment processing services are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions, which are available at https://stripe.com/legal/consumer. By using the payment services, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and conditions.

3.1 Payment Processing

Our Platform does not process any payment details directly. All payments for services provided through the Platform are handled by Stripe. You acknowledge and agree that Stripe will collect and process your payment information, including credit card details, on behalf of Cappers. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

4.1 Use of Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform, improve functionality, and collect data regarding usage patterns. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform, including hacking or attempting to access the Platform's backend systems.
• Use the Platform to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Platform.

5.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to the Platform. However, by uploading content, you grant Cappers a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Cappers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the Platform's content without prior written permission from us.

6.2 User Content

You are responsible for any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content, but by using the Platform, you grant Cappers a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the services provided.

7.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Third-Party Services

Please be aware that when using third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing, your information will be subject to their privacy policies.

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform. Upon termination, you will lose access to any paid services, and no refunds will be issued.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cappers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages to your device.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in Sweden. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
